Linkites Infotech is hiring for Senior Lead – Sales, who can play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding the organization’s market presence. Leveraging the extensive experience in sales leadership, desired candidates will lead a dynamic team of sales professionals to achieve targets and exceed expectations. This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, cultivating relationships with clients, and providing guidance and mentorship to the sales team. The Senior Sales Lead will collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet company objectives and revenue targets. Identify new business opportunities and market trends to stay ahead of the competition.

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Provide guidance, coaching, and support to ensure the team meets or exceeds sales targets.

Business Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders. Drive business development activities, including lead generation through different bidding portals; upwork, Freelance, Linkedin, client presentations, and negotiations, to secure new accounts and expand the client base.

Sales Operations: Oversee all aspects of sales operations, including forecasting, pipeline management, and performance tracking. Implement best practices and processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness across the sales function.

Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive threats. Use insights to inform strategic decisions and tailor sales strategies to capitalize on market opportunities.

Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and client success, to ensure alignment and synergy across the organization. Foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration to drive overall company success.

Performance Management: Define KPIs and metrics for measuring sales performance and effectiveness. Monitor performance against targets, analyze results, and take corrective actions as needed to ensure objectives are met or exceeded.

Continuous Improvement: Drive a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the sales team. Provide regular feedback, training, and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and capabilities.

Requirements and Experience:

-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.

-Proven track record of 5+ years in sales leadership roles, preferably in the IT services or technology industry.

-Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets

-In-depth knowledge of selling strategies and methods, as well as employee motivation technique

-Strong working knowledge of the company’s products, competitive products and the market.

-A strong work ethic with proactive communication skills that encourages courageous conversations is a must.

-Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a focus on execution.

-Experience in planning marketing strategies, advertising campaigns, and successful public relations efforts.

-Solid understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

-Certification in sales or leadership (e.g., Certified Sales Professional, Certified Sales Leadership Professional) is desirable.

-Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
