Customer Account Executive

We are seeking for a Customer Account Executive with a focus on product demos plays a crucial
role in ensuring customer satisfaction and successful onboarding. The Customer Account
Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships, providing
excellent customer service, and achieved the set objectives.

Job Role: Full Time

Key Roles & Responsibilities associated with this role:

Product Demos:
-Conduct online product demonstrations for potential and existing customers.
-Showcase the features and benefits of the product to address customer needs.

Gap Analysis:
-Analyze customer requirements and identify any gaps between their needs and the product’s
-Work closely with the product development team to address identified gaps.

Requirement Understanding:
-Engage with customers to thoroughly understand their business requirements.
-Document and communicate customer needs to internal teams to enhance the product.

-Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and implementation.
-Provide training and support to clients during the initial stages of product adoption.

-Maintain excellent communication with clients through various channels such as email, phone
calls, and online meetings.
-Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Relationship Building:
-Foster strong relationships with key clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
-Act as a liaison between the customer and internal teams, facilitating effective communication.

Feedback Collection:
-Gather feedback from customers regarding their experiences with the product.
-Use feedback to make recommendations for product improvements and enhancements.

-Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs and align product offerings
-Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development and customer
support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

-Training and Presentation Skills: Ability to deliver engaging and informative product training
sessions and presentations.

A successful Customer Account Executive in this role will contribute significantly to customer
retention, product improvement, and overall business success.

-Master degree in International Business Administration, FT & Marketing preferred.
-Proven Sales experience and ability to identify sales opportunities.
-Ability to multitask and prioritize projects effectively.
-Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment.
-Experience in the software development industry is preferred.
