AT&T

Overview
A large-scale digital transformation initiative was undertaken to unify multiple media services—including DirecTV, WarnerMedia, HBO Max, and AT&T TV—into a single, cohesive streaming platform. The objective was to deliver a seamless entertainment experience across mobile, web, and connected devices.

The Challenge
The ecosystem was fragmented across multiple platforms, each with its own user experience, authentication system, and content delivery pipeline. Users faced inconsistent navigation, duplicated subscriptions, and poor discoverability. At the same time, the platform needed to support millions of concurrent users with high availability and low latency.

The Solution
We built a unified, cloud-native platform designed for scalability, performance, and seamless integration across services.

Key capabilities include:

  • Consolidated content aggregation and unified user experience
  • Single sign-on (SSO) across all services
  • High-performance video delivery via CDN (CloudFront)
  • Serverless backend using AWS Lambda for scalability
  • Cross-platform mobile apps using React Native and Expo
  • Optimized media storage and delivery using AWS S3

Outcome
The platform successfully streamlined the user experience and enabled large-scale adoption by delivering:

  • A unified entertainment ecosystem across devices
  • High-performance streaming with minimal latency
  • Increased user engagement and retention
  • Support for millions of daily active users (DAU) with reliable infrastructure

Key Results

A high-performance streaming platform supporting millions of daily active users with seamless cross-platform experience.
