UI/UX Designer & Developer

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging web designs that enhance user experience. You will collaborate closely with developers and other team members to create responsive, user-friendly web pages and ensure they meet the latest web standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop Web Pages:

• Build responsive web pages using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Ensure compatibility across different devices and browsers.

2. Implement Design Changes:

• Update and refine website designs based on client feedback and evolving requirements.

• Adapt to changing project needs while maintaining design consistency.

3. Collaboration and Communication:

• Collaborate with developers and other team members to ensure cohesive and integrated web designs.

• Clearly communicate design concepts and ideas to stakeholders.

4. Technical Skills and Best Practices:

• Apply web design best practices, including SEO, accessibility, and performance optimization.

• Test websites for functionality, responsiveness, and compatibility across various devices and browsers.

5. Maintenance and Updates:

• Perform regular updates and maintenance to ensure the website remains functional and up-to-date.

• Identify and resolve any design-related issues or bugs promptly.

• Assist with updating website content to keep it fresh and relevant.

Preferred Skills:

• Technical Proficiency: Strong command of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design

principles.

• Design Tools: Experience with design tools like Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar.

• Best Practices: Knowledge of web standards, accessibility guidelines, and SEO.

• Quality Assurance: Meticulous attention to detail in testing and debugging.

• Communication: Ability to articulate design concepts clearly and concisely.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 2+ years of experience in UI/UX development or related roles.

• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web design tools.

• Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.

• Familiarity with SEO best practices and website performance optimization.

• Strong portfolio showcasing previous web design projects.

• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
