Overview
A unified digital streaming platform was developed to consolidate multiple media services—including DirectTV, Warner Media, HBO Max, and AT&T TV—into a single, seamless ecosystem. The goal was to eliminate fragmentation and deliver a consistent, high-quality entertainment experience across devices.
The Challenge
The existing ecosystem was highly fragmented, with users navigating between multiple platforms, logins, and content libraries. This led to inconsistent user experiences, operational complexity, and reduced engagement. Additionally, scaling millions of concurrent users while maintaining performance and reliability posed a significant technical challenge.
The Solution
We built a scalable, cross-platform application using a modern cloud-native architecture that unified all services into a single interface.
Key capabilities include:
- Centralized content aggregation across multiple platforms
- Seamless user authentication and subscription management
- High-performance media delivery using CDN (CloudFront)
- Scalable backend powered by serverless architecture (AWS Lambda)
- Cross-platform mobile experience using React Native + Expo
Outcome
The platform successfully transformed the user experience by delivering:
- A unified streaming ecosystem with seamless navigation
- High-performance video delivery at scale
- Significant increase in user engagement and retention
- Support for millions of daily active users (DAU) with reliable infrastructure
Key Results
A high-performance streaming platform supporting millions of daily active users with seamless cross-platform experience.
