The Sales & Project Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of both the sales process and project management. The ideal candidate will manage project timelines, budgets, and scope while driving lead generation, client engagement, and sales conversions. This role requires expertise in project management tools such as Trello, Asana, Jira, MS Project, or similar tools and the use of tools such as HubSpot, CRM and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination:
- Plan and manage projects in detail, ensuring adherence to scope & timelines.
- Coordinate project releases and schedules for all stakeholders, including developers and product managers.
- Oversee the end-to-end project execution process, deadlines, tracking progress, and ensuring timely deliverables.
- Act as the communication bridge between clients and internal teams, providing updates, gathering feedback, and ensuring alignment with project objectives.
- Organize and facilitate meetings between clients, developers, and product managers to clarify and align project requirements.
- Proactively address project roadblocks and implement solutions swiftly.
- Maintain project-related documentation including plans, reports, and communication logs. Timely updates, reports, and dashboards for internal and client meetings.
Sales Coordination:
- Utilize tools like HubSpot, SaaS platforms, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead generation, nurturing leads through cold calling, and client engagement.
- Conduct client interactions professionally, including product demonstrations, addressing inquiries, and presenting tailored solutions.
- Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closure, ensuring client satisfaction and timely follow-up.
- Understand client requirements and collaborate with internal teams to provide customized solutions that meet client expectations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and long-term partnerships.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in project management with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Solid sales experience with expertise in lead generation, nurturing, and closing deals.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum/Waterfall). project management tools such as Trello, Asana, Jira, MS Project, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other relevant sales and project management platforms.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with client engagement strategies, lead nurturing, and the sales process.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in coordinating between technical and non-technical teams.
- Master degree in Marketing.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and project management software.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Trello, Asana, Jira, MS Project, or similar tools.
